I never saw myself as having anxiety, but I’ve been feeling into it a lot lately with much shaking and teeth chattering. The shaking just keeps going unless I stop. Maybe too much of this is overwhelm and trigger, and it led to being sent to A&E with a very high blood pressure.” I assume A&E is a name for emergency. “Seven hours there crammed amongst lots of spluttering children led to horrendous flu, and now my blood pressure is perfectly normal, but heart rate still high. Not been ill like this in a decade. It’s been agonizing. Feels like endurance and suffering are inevitable and relentless.

When releasing trapped survival stress results in physical manifestations of pain, rashes, all the things you said we may experience. If we medicate in any way to make these symptoms more bearable because we still need to function at our work or home, et cetera, will this inhibit the release of the energy, close the door, so to speak?

Let’s see. Anything else? So, one thing is if someone is in chronic pain, this can be much more difficult. Or if there is an injury, someone asked about having a concussion

Okay. Now another thing on this was someone had a big release, a big activation, a big release. And then for a week, I think they said, after, they were feeling shivers, feverish, chills, like flu-like symptoms. And their practitioner said, “Yeah, that is freeze lifting from your system.” And they asked, “Is that actually true?”

And there can be a physical thing, like physical injuries. Someone asked about, they started doing orienting with the neck for a few days. And then started to get severe pain in the neck and arms, and thoughts of having a slipped disc again.

My kidneys feel stress and pain whenever I have deep feelings like anger and grief. Can you explain this? I tried to do the kidney adrenal exercise, but it doesn’t seem to help much. Any comment?
