Q: 10 - How do I add a profile image that shows when commenting?

To set up a profile photo within a Wordpress site (such as SmartBody SmartMind ), you would need to set up a Gravatar image that is linked to the email that you use on the site. If you go to the Gravatar site , you can set it up there. Please be sure to use the email that is associated with your account here on the program site. Once it is set up, there is nothing that you need to do to connect it to the SBSM program site, it will show up automatically. You do not need to have a website in order to set this up. Please know that this image will then show up if you comment on any other Wordpress sites. Unfortunately we can't troubleshoot within Gravatar as that is a site outside our own, so you may need to follow up with them if you run into any issues, but please know that the image is not required either, it is just something to have there if you want to, but isn't 100% necessary.

Q: 9 - Where does your response go if you reply back to a notification email?

If you reply back via email to a notification email about comments on the program site, it goes to our support email team, it doesn't get posted as a comment on the page. Please be sure to go to the program site to reply back on there directly if you want to leave a follow up comment.

Q: 8 - How can I report a comment to admin?

Should you experience or witness a guideline violation within the comments, the best way to handle it is to report the post or comment. You are able to flag and report the comment directly within the program site, by clicking the red flag in the upper right corner of a comment: You may also screenshot the message and contact us immediately at support@irenelyon.com.

Q: 7 - How do I edit or delete my comment?

You are able to edit or completely delete your comment posted. To do this, click the little gear at the bottom right corner of your comment, and you can choose to edit or delete it there. Please note, that if you delete your comment, all replies and the comment tree attached to it will also be removed.

Q: 5 - Can I see everywhere that I am subscribed to receive notifications?

Yes, you can! Y ou can click the little person/gear icon, and edit all the places you 're subscribed to. When you click that, this will pop up, and you can see all the places you are subscribed, or unsubscribe as well.

Q: 3 - How do I change the way my name appears when commenting?

If you would like to change how your name is displayed when you comment, please go here: https:// smartbodysmartmind.com/wp- admin/ . You may need to change your first name in order to choose the name that you want to appear if it is different than your username or first/last name. Please note that usernames are not able to be edited.

When you want to ask a question on one of the lesson pages, it is VERY IMPORTANT to please start your comment within the lessons pages with the word: QUESTION. This way we can easily find the questions vs comments that may not need a response. Please keep your question specific, succinct, and limited to one question per comment . The characters on our comments sections have been limited to ensure this is followed. We understand everyone has unique histories and traumatic experiences, but if you can summarize your question this will help us help you better.
