6. As soon as I do this exercise, I begin to sigh and it feels like a release starting to happen. Tension often gets stuck in my thighs. Is it possible that anger is ‘stuck’ there? 5. I am feeling paralyzed, hopeless and abandoned. I’m wondering that as sympathetic energy discharges (i.e. via these lessons), is it possible underneath that is freeze? This state of having no energy, feeling dreadful, and not being able to get anything done frightens me, as it feels like there is no end and no escaping it.
