In 2017, I was 300 pounds in a wheelchair and homeless finally found the job and then got assaulted while working there and that was the best thing that ever happened to my life as it sent me into therapy. I went out on disability and had the time to research on YouTube and find Irene, thank goodness! Taking baby steps and trying to ground myself as much as possible. All this work is highly valuable!!
