SBSM taught me to always go back to basics, honour simplicity, engage the intellect to understand the primary functions and not to control them.
Slowly this work is penetrating my everyday life, it is just impossible not to be a lifestyle; so much to learn along, life is much more interesting … didn’t say easy 😉
With the more rounds I apply to be part of, the less I participate in the program and more I apply the practice in real life, more flexible I become to be ok not being ok in terms of social/cultural expectations. SBSM to me is like a flight simulator for a pilot student: you practice through a safe, reality simulating environment ’till you learn to fly a real plane. In the case of SBSM, I use the practice/knowledge built through the “simulation” (the safely structured and guided program) in real life. Having the “simulator”, the program and all the support is like a safety net for a lifetime.
