7 – Third round and I still am not making progress with my breathing. Whenever I notice it, it is always shallow. Unless I do 20 mins plus of conscious breathing, I appear to not be inhaling adequately — and so wonder if the result is chronic oxygen deprivation in my system. Any suggestions as to why this is and what to do, practically, to shift this?

6 – What’s the difference between regulating our breath (i.e. creating a full, rhythmic breath through a meditation practice) and the exercises from this week’s lab to cultivate our inhale and exhale? It seems that both of these practices promote conscious breathing with the goal of learning to breathe to our fullest capacity.
