There are a couple things you could do. One, just understand that this is your brain trying to keep you from slowing down and exploring yourself in a different way, and keep returning your attention to the lesson and yourself, whenever you catch yourself in your head.

Or two, pause the recording and really be with that irritation and discomfort, and see what it might want to do, and how might it want to move through your body. What words or sounds might it express? How would your face express what you are feeling? You can try all that, and see if you might be able to let some of that charge be expressed, and then come on back.
