2 – How to move through Level 1
- Now that you’ve started to build deeper connection to your impulses and ability to connect with yourself through your work in Foundations, let your inner knowing be your guide for pacing, remembering to honour your unique capacity (and also remembering that will change!).
- The Material in Level One is organized by type of lesson – Training Calls & The Biology of Stress Training Videos (which are all theory), and the many kinds of Neurosensory Audio Exercises (for practical application), and the Handpicked Additional Resources. We recommend doing a bit of theory and practice each week, and exploring the additional resources as you feel drawn.
- Remember that each Neurosensory Audio Lesson is meant to teach you a practical tool for working with your system.
- This work is NOT about just listening to the lessons and expecting that they will ‘fix’ you.
- Doing this work means internalizing those practices and bringing them into your daily life.
- So another possible guide for pacing could be: do each lesson until you have the principles internalized. When you find that you are able to do that practice in your daily life, then move on to the next.
.
3 – How to continue once you’ve completed the above learning:
- Check out any of the handpicked resources that you haven’t yet explored
- Review any Training Calls, Biology of Stress Videos, or Neurosensory Audio Lessons you feel pulled to watch again
- Reflect: Have you internalized the practices taught in the Neurosensory Audio Lessons? Do you find yourself spontaneously bringing those practices into your life, and/or are you able to bring those tools into your awareness when you are needing to process something? If so…
- Consider moving on to SBSM Level 2 (coming soon!)
