I’m very grateful to have been in the 2017 cohort! I would have found you via Maria Forleo’s B school. In 2017 I was figuring out how to heal from the brainwashing from a dysfunctional family cult. I was reading the trauma books and did one of Peter Levine’s online course, but the difference with you was the way you present the information is very accessible (the visuals, the metaphors, really taking into consideration the person you’re teaching), it’s modern, and I needed to learn from a woman, that was important to me. And you had a great team of people in SBSM supporting us all too. Thank you.
